Thermocouple and Compensating Cables
The joint of two dissimilar alloys producing a measurable electro-motive force that is predictable at a given temperature is thermocouple. Different thermocouple types (e.g. J, K, E, etc) use different mixtures of metals in the cable. We regularly manufacture different types of thermocouple compensating cables to meet specific operating requirements. Thermocouple cables create a low voltage signal and should not be run near power wires, motors, etc. In order to minimize noise pickup, a metal over braid or twisted shielded wire is used in the construct.

PTFE Tape
Our range of Sintered & Un-sintered PTFE tape and teflon tape have received wide acceptance in both commercial and industrial applications. Attributes like high elongation, impervious to weathering, excellent dielectric properties and more makes it highly convenient to use in difficult shapes. Coated with a high temperature tolerance adhesive, these PTFE insulated tape are superior wire wrap and insulation tape for high temperature and high dielectric applications. These teflon insulated tape are also used for various mechanical applications and offer low friction and non-stick properties. PTFE Insulated Sleeves
PTFE Insulated Sleeve application is for high temperature or high frequencies or both. PTFE Sleeve and teflon sleeve possesses excellent electrical properties, which remain practically constant over a wide range of frequencies, temperature (-600 to +2600 C) and humidities and has a very low loss factor.
We manufacture the PTFE Sleeve, Teflon Sleeve, PTFE Insulated Sleeve and Teflon Insulated Sleeve confirming to JSS-54802 specification of the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi.
